Dr. Raymond A. Powell, O.D.

Dr. Powell grew up near Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri, and then joined the Army as an Ophthalmic Technician. After graduating from the University of Houston in 1990 he moved to the Skagit Valley, purchasing Burlington Eye Care Center in 1995. He is an avid sports fan, family man, fisherman and outdoorsman.
