Dr. Raymond A. Powell, O.D.

Dr. Powell grew up near Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri, and then joined the Army as an Ophthalmic Technician. After graduating from the University of Houston in 1990 he moved to the Skagit Valley, purchasing Burlington Eye Care Center in 1995. 

Dr. Powell is an avid sports fan, family man, fisherman and outdoorsman.

Dr. Jared D. Rahn, O.D.

Dr. Jared Rahn grew up in the Pacific Northwest attending Lake Stevens High School and the University of Washington. He received degrees in Biochemistry and History in 2017. He ventured to the East Coast for his doctorate, graduating valedictorian from the State University of New York. 

Dr. Rahn is ecstatic to return to Washington and join our team! He and his wife, Kelly, are excited to plant their roots in the Skagit Valley and join this wonderful community. 

​When Dr. Rahn isn't in the office, he is likely hiking, skiing, playing basketball, traveling or watching sports.
